How I Made $13.6 Million With This Exact Sales Funnel

The Funnel That Generated $13.6 Million I've made $30 million over the past four years, and more than half of that came from selling done-for-you services — not coaching programs or info products. So when I tell you about this funnel, I'm talking from real operator experience, not theory. This one funnel specifically generated $13.6 million from $3 million in Meta ad spend. Here's exactly how it's built. --- ## Step 1: Meta Ads to an Opt-In Page Everything starts with Meta ads driving traffic to an opt-in page. A lot of people tell you to skip the opt-in page. I'd argue that advice makes you poor. We consistently perform better with opt-ins because we do a massive amount of calling and emailing. People who say opt-ins don't work usually aren't having setters aggressively call every lead, and they're not sending nearly enough emails. On the opt-in page, we collect name, email, and phone number. That's it. --- ## Step 2: VSL Page and Typeform Application Once someone opts in, they're immediately sent to a VSL (video sales letter) page. Under the video, there's a button that takes them to a Typeform application. Based on their answers, each lead gets assigned a score. Mine runs from about -5 to 8, but you build the scoring system yourself — there's no universal standard. Here's how I break it down: - Score of 4 or above: They book directly with a closer.

  • Score of 3: They book with a setter first for qualification.

  • Score of 2 or below: They're outright rejected. --- ## Step 3: Aggressive Follow-Up for Non-Applicants What happens if someone opts in but never submits an application or books a call? We don't let them disappear. Our setters call them — a lot. We also run a 30-day automated email sequence that fires every single day. On top of that, we send daily broadcast emails Monday through Friday. If someone is inside that 30-day window, they're getting both the automated sequence and the broadcast emails simultaneously. That's not a mistake. That's the system. --- ## Step 4: Setter Qualification For the leads who score a 3, setters step in to qualify them before sending them to a closer. The setter's job is to confirm the prospect can actually afford the offer, has a big enough target market (since we're selling cold email services), and is genuinely a good fit. If they're not qualified, they get disqualified right there. If they are, they get booked directly onto a closer's calendar. The setter is essentially doing manually what the application does automatically. --- ## Step 5: Closer Calls and the Two Offers We have two offers on the closer calls: 1. Cold email only — $1,000 to $5,000 per month

  1. Omni-channel (cold email + cold calling) — $6,000 to $28,000 per month The closer's job is to figure out which offer fits the prospect and get them to purchase. --- ## Step 6: Pixel Retargeting and Content Remarketing Everyone who lands on any public page gets tracked by our Meta pixel. But we don't just run standard retargeting ads. We do what I call content remarketing. I take YouTube videos, upload them to Meta, and run them as video view campaigns targeting everyone who's hit the pixel. It costs $1 per day per video. We run 30 videos, so that's $30 a day total — no CTA, no hard sell, just content. The goal is to keep showing up in front of people who already know we exist. --- ## Step 7: Additional Traffic from the Email List Here's where opt-ins really pay off long-term. When you've spent $3 million on ads, you accumulate a massive email list. We use that list in two main ways: ### Free Webinars Every Two Weeks
    We host a live training on cold email and cold calling, then pitch at the end. Attendees bypass the application and book directly with closers because we've already done the selling inside the webinar. ### Live Challenges Every Two to Three Months
    These are roughly $47 tickets, run for three to five days, and two to three hours per session. By the end, attendees have watched around 10 hours of content from us. The parasocial relationship is deep. They either self-checkout right there or get booked with a closer — again, no application required. This is exactly why I love opt-ins. Without them, you don't have a list. Your ad spend either converts or evaporates. With a list, you have a long-term asset that keeps generating revenue through webinars, challenges, and broadcasts. --- ## Why This Funnel Works The structure itself is simple. What makes it work is the volume and consistency — relentless follow-up, daily emails, retargeting content, live events. Most people set up a funnel and wonder why it's not printing money. Usually it's because they're not doing enough on the back end. If you already understand funnels and copywriting and just wanted the framework, now you have it. If you want the full build — creatives, automations, scripts, hiring closers, AI in fulfillment — that's a deeper conversation worth having when you're ready. Just know: most people who run ads lose money. That's the most likely outcome. This isn't a shortcut. It's a system that works when you actually work it.
