6 Clients × $5,000/mo = $30,000: The Exact AI Agency System
I've collected over $25 million across my own businesses — an agency, a coaching company called Client Ascension, and a software company called Liskit. A substantial portion of what I do now involves AI, because it's pretty much required to make any meaningful money in an efficient way.
This isn't about building AI apps or running a technical AI automation agency. It's simpler — and more profitable — than that.
The Right Way to Make Money with AI
You're not selling AI. That's like selling "the internet" in 1998. What you're doing is taking in-demand services that businesses already buy, fulfilling those services with AI and automation, and packaging them as an agency offer.
You don't need technical skills. You don't need to be a developer. You just need to understand what businesses want, use AI to deliver it, and sell it at a price that reflects the value.
The Services You Actually Sell
Funnels and Paid Ads
This is the number one model. The deliverables include writing sales pages, building funnel pages, writing email flows, scripting ads, designing ads, and setting up automations.
Sounds like a lot? AI does 90% of it. I used AI to write a 15-email opt-in sequence a few weeks ago. That sequence has since been attributable to over $80,000 in sales. It would have taken me 10–20 hours to write manually. With AI, it took a fraction of that.
You don't need to be a professional copywriter. You feed AI examples and prompt it correctly. That's the skill.
Content Scripting for Clients
This is where you script social media content for clients, they post it, and it drives sales or sales calls. AI writes content better than 95% of actual professionals — I use it for a substantial amount of what I post, including most of my YouTube videos. My videos get 3,000–10,000 views, but they make millions in sales. Clients don't need viral content. They need content that converts.
Other Offers AI Can Fulfill
Email newsletter management
Lead generation funnels
Cold outreach automation
Webinar funnels
Ghostwriting (LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
Appointment setting
YouTube and Instagram Reels scripting
Any service that requires sitting down and thinking to create something — AI can automate that part. That's 90% of agency work.
How to Position Yourself as a Beginner (No Case Studies Required)
Here's what stops most people: fear. Fear of not getting client results. Fear of being exposed. You spiral into inaction because you're terrified of failure.
Here's the reality: you're not big enough for an internet scandal. That's not going to happen. What you need to do is stop letting that fear make your decisions for you.
Step 1: Position Around ROI
Clients pay you because they believe they'll get a return. Make that explicit:
"I'll book you 30 qualified sales calls per month or you don't pay."
"I'll book you 30 qualified sales calls per month or your money back."
Then show an ROI calculator. Walk them through the numbers — what they pay, what they get, and what the multiple looks like.
Step 2: Sell the Concept First
There are two sales happening in every deal. First, you sell the concept — that email marketing, funnels, or content will work for them at all. Second, you sell working with you.
Most beginners skip straight to the second sale and wonder why they keep getting asked for case studies. Fix your sales argument first. Build a video sales letter or sales deck that explains the logic of why your strategy works, shows examples of it working for anyone (not your clients), and walks through your ROI calculator. No testimonials required.
Step 3: Deliverable Stacking
"I'll run your ads" sounds like almost nothing. But when you stack 12 specific deliverables — 45 ad scripts hitting different messaging angles, 15 email opt-in sequences, pre-call sequences to boost show-up rates, retargeting funnels, weekly email broadcasts — suddenly $5,000/month feels like a bargain.
The client feels like you deserve the money because they can see how much work is involved. The fact that AI does 90% of that work is none of their business.
How to Sign Your First Client in 30 Days
Phase 1: Dream 100 Outreach (First 2–3 Clients)
DM prospects directly and give them a free deliverable to showcase your value. If your offer is email marketing, send them a fully written email sequence. AI creates it in seconds — it looks like you spent hours on it.
Target wildly obscure niches that agencies never touch. Businesses nobody else is pitching. Call booking rates can hit 20–60% with this approach. One of my students started outreach on a Wednesday, booked a call that Sunday, and closed the client the same day.
Don't pick a niche early. Stay broad. Picking a niche as a beginner just invites prospects to ask for niche-specific case studies you don't have.
Phase 2: Automated Cold Email (Next 2–3 Clients)
Once you have your first clients, scale with cold email — 5,000+ emails per day distributed across multiple domains and inboxes. It's cheaper than ads and scales fast.
Phase 3: Paid Ads (At $15K/Month Profit)
Once you have revenue coming in, layer on paid ads to accelerate growth.
The Bottom Line
Six clients at $5,000/month is $30,000/month. AI handles 90% of the fulfillment. You don't need experience or case studies. You need a clear offer, a solid sales argument, and the willingness to do the outreach.
That's it. Stop waiting.
