Brands on the platform want more creator posts. The ROI is trackable. The pitch basically sells itself. When you have a winning offer, sales calls get easy. When you don't, nothing works no matter how hard you grind. ## The Long Game Here's what I told him, and I think it applies to anyone building an agency: You don't have to double your business every month. When you're small, big percentage jumps happen naturally. But the real game is building something stable, profitable, and growing — even if slowly. If Anchel just keeps his margins healthy, keeps hiring smartly, and invests his profits instead of spending them on stupid stuff, compound interest does the rest. He's 19. He's already putting most of his money in the S&P 500. The math on that over 30 years is genuinely insane. ## The One Piece of Advice He'd Give When I asked what he'd tell a college friend trying to build something online, he said: try things, get your hands dirty, and when something gets traction — even a little — write yourself a contract and commit to it. He literally did that. Signed his name to a piece of paper saying he'd stick with TikTok Shop. Then spent seven months with no new clients before things finally broke open.
