How I Would Build an AI-Assisted Funnels and Ads Agency

· Updated

If I were rebuilding an AI-assisted agency from zero, I would choose an offer people already buy and map the actual delivery before writing the sales page. In this example, I choose funnels, ads and copywriting for online coaches and consultants, then work through the product, presentation and outreach.

Choose the model for its delivery and business economics

My selection criteria are demand, work that can be produced with AI assistance and recurring revenue. I choose a funnels, ads and copywriting agency because I believe the skills involved also help you understand how companies grow.

For the example, I target online coaches and consultants selling higher-priced programs. The reasons I give are the size of the market, the ability to sell beyond a single geographic area and the value of a customer. Those are the reasons behind my choice, not proof that every coaching offer can profitably buy ads.

Make the offer concrete before making the page

The illustrative proposition is to build and launch a video sales letter funnel for a coaching business, tied to a revenue target and performance-based payment. It is an example of how I would frame the offer, not a current Client Ascension guarantee or a result already achieved by a beginner.

I then list the product: landing-page setup, design and copy; video sales letter scripting and editing; ad scripts and editing; opt-in emails; post-booking emails; thank-you-page videos; connected automations; pixel setup; and ads management.

I would script five ad bodies with five hooks for each body, giving 25 ad variations in the example. I also include short thank-you-page videos answering questions after someone books. This makes the deliverables more specific than simply saying I will build a funnel.

Use AI to produce defined deliverables

In the proposed workflow, AI models and agents draft scripts, page copy, emails and related material, with already-designed templates used to deploy the work. The point is to change how an existing service gets produced, rather than invent a new category of service solely around AI.

The source's percentages, delivery-time estimates and income targets are claims or projections in a historical teaching example. They do not establish how much of a new operator's work will be automated or a measured profit margin for every implementation.

Keep the sales letter, page and sales deck coherent

I want the presentation to explain the opportunity, give evidence for it and make a clear offer to help the buyer act on it. In the video sales letter, I include a clear headline, possible results with supporting evidence, a visual explanation of the process, the deliverables, a call to action and frequently asked questions.

The landing page can repeat that explanation in text beneath the video. I also use the video sales letter document as a sales deck, so a beginner can screen-share a coherent presentation instead of inventing an entirely different pitch on the call.

Make a prospect-specific deliverable for outreach

My initial outreach approach is Dream 100: research a prospect, create something useful for them and pair it with the direct offer. For this funnel example, the free material is a video sales letter script plus a document explaining the funnel.

I describe using a research agent and an AI model trained on existing deliverables to help create that material. The specific technique is to connect the prospect research to a relevant work sample, rather than send a generic message claiming expertise.

I also describe automated cold email as another route using the direct offer. That is a separate outreach mechanism; producing a sample or booking a conversation is not the same as signing or collecting from a client.

Treat the blueprint as a starting structure

The blueprint connects the offer, actual product, sales assets and acquisition. The questions I raise at the end include which deliverables to provide, how to package the offer, what to charge, how to sell and how to build the automations.

The video also promotes the program as it existed at the time. Historical inclusions, forecasts and launch descriptions do not establish the current program's terms or a guaranteed time to build a profitable business.
