For the first 2 to 3 months I was basically doing the 9 to5 during the day and then mornings and evenings I would be working on the agency only now I'm fully dedicated to the agency but yeah it was a lot of work.

For me, a lot of it has actually been mental benefits because now that I realize, oh, I can reach 20K in 3 months. I could go on. at your 20k a month level. You left off saying, "Don't underestimate what you can gain by working with someone who's already done it." Imagine pretty much everyone watching this probably familiar with something like client ascension, my program. This is not the average result that you will get inside of my program.

And so the lesson that I actually learned, which I don't know how many agency owners focus on this, is I'm actually laser focused on fulfillment, less so on actually marketing. But it's relevant because that was the first time where I felt some sort of loss from someone or something close to me. This was in like July or August when I first had the idea of starting the agency.
