How I Hit $1 Million Per Month at 27: The Exact Playbook

Two years ago I made a video about hitting $2.5 million by 25. Now I'm 27, and we crossed $1 million in a single month. Here's exactly what happened — the revenue breakdown, what I learned about scaling, the pitfalls I've watched hundreds of people fall into, and how I plan to get to $3 million/month.

A Quick Recap

My business journey started with Amazon FBA at 20, then Facebook ads for local businesses (terrible idea), then an Instagram growth agency that got killed by an algorithm update. That pivot led me to cold email as a service — got it to $20K/month, made a course called SMMA Mastery that sold to 8,000 people, and started building software companies on the side.

Eventually I met my business partners — Andre, Christian, and Dan — and we built Client Ascension. The last video ended around $200K/month. Since then, everything changed.

The Three Revenue Streams

We now run three businesses:

Client Ascension — our coaching program helping people grow with cold email and content. We've worked with over a thousand clients and keep stacking case studies that compound our credibility.

List Kit — a software company selling the leads layer of cold email campaigns. We hit $100K/month in 90 days and it's now doing over $500K/month on its own.

Olympia — a newer program for people already at $30K+/month who want to scale with ads, modeled directly off what we do on the software side.

On profit margins: we're at about 40% right now, but I could flip it to 70–80% tomorrow. I don't, because I'm reinvesting for growth. People who obsess over margins fundamentally don't understand that you trade margin now for higher absolute profit later. That's the whole game.

The Core Lesson: Make More Products

For a long time we were stuck between $200K and $400K/month. The ceiling wasn't the market — it was us. We were only selling one thing.

The unlock is this: the most probable person on Earth to buy from you is someone who has already bought from you. If you have thousands of past customers and only one product, you're leaving a massive amount of money on the table.

Most people don't go back to old clients because of unconscious shame around money. They assume everyone who paid them is unhappy with the results. That's just not how it works. People buy from people they already know, like, and trust. Stop ignoring your existing buyers.

What Stops You at Each Revenue Level

$0 to $10K/month

You need to offer a tangible, expected result — and you need to stop chasing unproven ideas. Saturation is not your enemy; it's proof of demand. If you can't name a single person getting rich doing what you're about to do, don't do it. Sell what people already buy.

$10K to $50K/month

You will never break $50K if you're still doing all the client fulfillment yourself. You'll subconsciously sabotage sales calls because signing clients means more manual work you don't want. The fix: hire people, train them, lead them. There is no way around this.

$50K to $200K/month

Once you have a team handling fulfillment, the next ceiling is around $200K — and you break it by building more products. Downsells, upsells, cross-sells, custom packages. Let clients tell you what they'll buy and make a deal. Stop being rigid with your offer structure.

$200K+ per month

You're a one-trick pony. You found one offer with product-market fit and built your entire identity around it. The answer is to do it again. And again. Multiple funnels, multiple offers, multiple sales teams. Millions is an aggregation of many things that interweave together.

The Only Three Ways to Get Clients

This is it. There are only three: content marketing, cold outreach, and paid ads. Every "revolutionary new client acquisition method" anyone tries to sell you collapses into one of these three. Always has, always will.

If you're not making content, doing outreach, or running ads — you're not signing clients. You're procrastinating with extra steps. Tweaking your VSL, redesigning your website, A/B testing your headline: all of it is a delay mechanism. Do the three things.

How I Plan to Hit $3 Million/Month

Same content. More outreach. Better ads. New products. More case studies feeding the sales process. That's it.

When I was at $200K/month I said I'd keep doing what works. We did, and hit $1M. Now I'm saying it again.

Two phrases I repeat to myself constantly: keep it simple, stupid — and keep the main thing the main thing.

If I were starting from zero today: design an offer for people with money, reach them via DMs and cold email, get a case study, post content to build inbound, keep repeating, and add products over time. That's the whole playbook. It works. It's always worked.
