How I Made $2,500,000 by 25: My Full Story

I'm 25 years old and I've made $2.5 million in the past two years. I'm going to walk you through exactly how that happened — the failures before it, and the systems that made it work.

Part 1: Before Cold Email Wizard

Amazon FBA and the Point of No Return

I graduated college at 20 — a year early because I knocked out college credits in high school. One week from graduation, I watched a YouTube video about Amazon FBA. I spent two days consuming every video the guy made, then wired $6,000 to a manufacturer in China. The bank teller literally asked if I was sure I wasn't getting scammed.

I slapped my logo on 600 beer bottle insulators, listed them on Amazon, and it happened to be Father's Day weekend. Sold all 600. Made $7,500 profit in the first month.

That moment was the point of no return. There was zero chance I was ever working a normal job after that.

The bad part? I thought I was smart. I reinvested into stupid stuff and lost all the capital. The lesson: physical product businesses eat your cash and tie it up forever. I needed to make money without capital.

The Thing Nobody Tells You About Business

I bought the Tai Lopez social media marketing course. It paid off — not because the course was magic, but because it introduced me to an idea I genuinely didn't understand: finding clients is 90% of running a business.

I emailed 300–400 fitness coaches offering free results, got five clients, delivered results, and plastered the social proof on my site. Then I started prospecting for paid clients — manually grinding Instagram hashtags and sending personalized emails three hours a day.

That business hit $12k/month in four months. Then Instagram pushed an algorithm update. The entire business died overnight. Back to zero.

Legion Agency: Sell What You Just Proved Works

After the Instagram agency collapsed, I did the logical thing: I sold the skill I'd just proven. I'd built that business using cold email, so I launched an agency — Legion Agency — offering cold email as a service.

I started at $2,000/month guaranteeing 10 calls, eventually raised it to $4,000. I started talking to real operators doing $100k/month. I learned LTV, churn, high-ticket sales, and conversion windows. I was leveling up fast.

But I realized something about myself: I'm a marketer, not a fulfillment guy. I like building systems that generate attention. I don't want to run the calls. So I thought — what if I built a Twitter account, sold a low-price cold email course, ran buyers through a follow-up sequence, and signed the warm ones as agency clients?

Part 2: Cold Email Wizard and $2.5M

Twitter Explodes

I made the Cold Email Wizard account and started posting. Months one through seven: $715,000. A thousand people bought. Turns out I'm one of the best info product marketers around, and the numbers proved it.

Building 5 SaaS Companies

My course taught people to use a stack of software tools to run cold email campaigns. I was pointing buyers to other people's products and getting nothing for it. So I built the software myself.

I launched Contact Ecom (scrape e-commerce brands) and Clean Leads (scrape LinkedIn for emails) in the same week. Each hit $20k in month one. The One Lesson That Explains Everything

Income is directly proportional to social proof. If your product doesn't actually work, no amount of marketing saves you. But when it works and you display that proof at scale, the flywheel takes over. That's the whole game.
